PRE-SELECTION CRITERIA:
Before sharing the list of candidates with us please pre-screen the candidates in line with the details below:
- Age: Between 20 to 27 for non-experience Cabin Crew and up to 33 years for the experienced Cabin Crew
- Weight: To be in proportion to Age and Height. A strict check on the BMI to be done in line with the BMI chart details (Attachment 4)
- General Grooming: Clear skin with no marks/ big moles/ scars or tattoos that would be visible whilst wearing the cabin crew uniform (including face, neck, hands till elbows, legs till above knees)
- Teeth: Uniform and clear
Other Requirements:
- Professional and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Cheerful with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team, create a friendly atmosphere on board and assist passengers
- Punctual, resilient, empathetic and adaptable
- Ability to manage In-flight Sales
- Language: Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English. Fluency in an additional language is desirable
- Minimum Education: Higher Secondary level. A nursing qualification will be preferred but not essential
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Hospitality and Cabin Services will be preferred
- Medically/ Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with aid of a flotation device
